Love going offroading but only know of a few trails. I live around Roanoke VA and looking for some new moderate difficulty trails within an hour's drive any ideas?

Hey hunter there are several up around harrisonburg and Staunton. There's Pott's Mtn rt nea you but from what I've seen it's pretty harsh. The Northern Va guys are putting together a weekend camping and wheeling trip for the later part of march at Flagpole. They started a thread for the trip and in the beginning they list sev eral trails down there i think 1 was Bald Mtn. I wish I culd tell you more but that's all I got for you. Are you at VT, or Radford or just live down there?

me to I' jst about 3 hrs north of you or so. I've been building the truck to trail ride so I don't tear it up when I do. I'm almost ready. I want to check the ones out around Staunton myself. You may enjoy getting in with the NOVA guys for their caping trip. The trails don't appear to bo hard but they have fun
