    Another way you could go is with a custom branding iron. I always think a good quality burned-in logo looks sharp.

    How many do you plan to get? The biggest roadblock for a hobby woodworker would be min order numbers. Setting up the die isn't cheap.

    About 100. Alibaba has min. 100 for relatively cheap but getting them on the right time zone to contact is just plain awful.
