So Im looking to figure out a factory replacement system for those with JBL in their trucks, but I need to do some testing on a JBL truck to figure out what the crossover points are on the factory amp.

So, if you live near Burnsville, have a JBL equipped truck and want to better the audio lives of JBL owners let me know if we can run some tests on your truck.

    What would be involved

Removal of dash speaker, 2 door speakers(1 front, 1 rear) and removal of subwoofer. All parts would be put back in place and nothing would be damaged or broken. Should take about 2 hours or so.

I need to get to the audio signal coming from those speakers and run my RTA on the wires going to the speaker to get a baseline of the signals each speaker is getting.

In the end I hope to be able to provide a better understanding of what is needed for upgrading trucks with the JBL system.
