Best place is to purchase them in Mevotech-branded boxes: P/N CMS861197 & CMS861196 (yes Mevotech sells LH and RH arms individually). Quick Googling shows Jeff Bezos has good prices on them. You may find better prices if you take more time to search using the P/Ns:
    https://www.amazon.com/Mevotech-Front-Suspension-Control-CMS861197/dp/B00YWCQABU/
    https://www.amazon.com/Mevotech-Front-Suspension-Control-CMS861196/dp/B00YWCQ95C/

Beware SPC Xaxis inner pivots don't last that long. If you wheel your truck, they may require yearly replacement. If you want a durable ball joint UCA that's adjustable, AFE and Dobinson have UCAs for about ~$1k.

If you dont need the adjustability, go with Rancho: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=7611640&cc=1431544&pt=10401&jsn=487 Inexpensive and uses the same Moog ball joint as everybody else (because Rancho and Moog are the same company).

Best place to shop spc uppers is in a trash can as that's about what you get. Accutune, dobinsons, dirt king are all better reliable options but they are fixed position.

Yes they are surplus SPC UCAs, with SPC instruction sheet in the boxes. The ball joint housing has the SPC logo engrave on it. They're as good/as bad as SPCs.
Prepare to spend twice as much...

The good thing about this design is you can make adjustments in-situ without unloading the suspension (like you otherwise have to with SPC).

Those mevotechs only use the spc ball joint. spc doesn’t use that type of bushing in their uppers either.

Lol maybe the older versions, and a few bad batches. SPC has been making adjustable control arms since before you were born. They make a great product, and I always recommend them. Custom arms require servicing. Camburg, Total Chaos, dirt king, etc all need new bushings and ball joints at some point. They don't last forever.

Servicing is fine but there has been far to many sub 10000km failures for me to consider them again. Mine made it 8k before complete failure of x axis and ball joints on bolth sides. Buddies 3rd gen 4 runner same thing. 2 more buddies tacos same failure from primarily street use. All x axis had different batch numbers. My dirt kings are over year with 0 problems no noise just grease once in awhile and go. Sorry but I don't care how long they have been doing it personal experience amongst the group is they belong straight in the trash.

JBAs aren’t adjustable. They do have added caster over OEM.

SPCs will definitely achieve that for you. I didn’t have the best experience with SPCs on wife’s 4Runner. Had to replace upper ball joint on drivers side after about 7-8k miles. Then within 5k miles bushings on passenger side needed replaced. SPC did warranty the ball joint, but not the bushings. I took them off and put oem back on, got it realigned and been fine since. Just don’t have the caster I’d prefer.
I’ve got the JBAs on my Tacoma with around 2” lift up front. Had no problem getting 4° caster and camber is right at 0. With them. Not trying to sway your decision one way or the other, just relaying my experience.

For those that think SPC uppers are trash with guaranteed faliure and have had their spa's fail and replaced under warranty... Did you sell the new ones to someone else or throw them away? If you sold them what did that person say when you told them these have failed me and all of my friends and will definitely fail you?

Yeah I don't off-road all the time . I'm hwy 95% of the time . With being on the hwy all the time I don't want my new tires to get chewed up
