Hello. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or know of any places that would offer a good quality backup camera that would be compatible with the Pop n Lock tailgate handle. I have a '06 so i dont have the wiring pre installed, and i also have a aftermarket kenwood stereo.

Ebay for used one. Comes as the handle with camera.
FYI: Old Pop n Lock handle used their own camera bracket and the newer ones use the original Toyota handle camera bracket.

Something to keep in mind, I added a back up camera and initially wanted it in the handle, but that meant anytime the tail gate was down its useless. I ended up fabbing a bracket to go above the hitch that ended up working a lot better for me.

I actually used a camera that had a bracket already installed so I just screwed it into the bottom of the bumper as shown. The head unit shows the picture with the tailgate down so I can use it if I have a load longer than the bed which you couldn't do if it was handle mounted. This also made wiring a lot easier not having to route it through the tailgate. I used one similar to this one :

Yep, lines up really well with the top of the ball. Depth is difficult but I don't tow a whole lot
