After lots of research I still don't know what to get, any recommendations would be great.

I drive hours back and forth to different job sites, so I'm looking for something that will make my drive more comfy.

    I'm mainly interested in MUSIC.

I don't need navigation because I use my phone to get site to site.

I'm more interested in double din with touch screen, usb, aux, sd, cd, dvd but definitely bluetooth so my phone will auto connect as soon as I start my truck.

I've mainly been looking at Pioneer but I'm open to anything that will function perfectly.

I just installed the Pioneer AVH-8500BHS a few weeks ago. I regularly listen to SiriusXM and USB and this unit is GREAT for that. I have the ability to connect my Samsung Galaxy S3 for Navigation and a slew of other apps (weather and such).

The deck is expensive and the extras are pricey, but if you have the cash it is excellent. My only complaint is viewing the screen with sunglasses on (you will not be able to see it) and the sun washes it out pretty bad. I blame the location of the radio on the sun issue as there is nothing stopping the sunlight from hitting the screen. Here is my build page for the sound system:
