Hey guys, I'm new to the Toyota way of life and so far I am loving it, I have a 2010 trd 4x4, charcoal grey. (It is the sexiest thing I have ever owned). I live in Louisiana and I race Mountain Bikes, so I need a truck that can be as adventurous as I am. I have just ordered a 3 inch rough country lift for my truck, now I'm not sure on what tires, or what sized tires to get. Any suggestions on what's the best tire for doing it all?

I just put on duratracs a few days ago and love the way they ride and look. 285/70/17's!

I assume you have 16" wheels. My recommendation would be a 255/85-16 (approx 33x10.50) in either a Toyo open country MT or BFG KM2. If you want more of an AT, it looks like Cooper offers an all terrain in that size. Only downside to that tire size is your choices are limited.

Another vote for KM2's. Good onroad, good offroad.

Interior LEDs (csjumper2003), center console organizer (salex), rear-view mirror lifted (immryo), reroute USB cords and chargers through blank switch into glove box, removed front mudflaps, removed TRD stickers, Rough Country 3" lift, 1.25" wheel spacers, 285/75/16 Nitto Terra Grapplers, Devil Horns (Andres)
I have 3 inch rough country lift and went with Nitto Terra Grapplers 285/75/16 on stock wheels. I needed to add 1.25 inch wheel spacers to avoid rubbing on stock UCAs. No trimming or cutting needed. Still get slight rub on wheel wells if I take a sharp turn over a bump (ie sharp turn into driveway with a little bit of speed). I don't offroad so you will probably want more of an offroad tire but hope this helps with sizing.
