2020 Army Green TRD. Looking for Tonneau recommendations. I'd prefer locking (or one that incorporates the tailgate lock. I dont know too much about tonneau covers but I'm thinking a bedrug tonneau combo would be pretty nice.

What do you run? Triple pane, double pane, single pane, roll up? I mostly want something that I can put a few bins in and keep gear safe when I go into gas stations when on the road.

I got this one for mine: Gator SFX Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover. Doesn't lock but you can't get in with the gate closed. Right around 300 bucks delivered. Easy on and off and works great. Keeps things out of site. Not water proof but good enough for me.

I use the Extang solid fold 2.0. Couldn't reccommend more. Easily bolts into factory bed rails, no drilling or external tools required. Uses handles on the inside to clamp to brackets that can't be accessed with tailgate closed. Looks good in my opinion, but that's obviously a preference piece. Make sure you call realtrucks to get it, they give their best prices over the phone only. I got mine for like $700 shipped.

I went with the Lomax Hard Tri-Fold on mine. Love it. Got a great price here through @GotExhaust. It does not lock on it's own but you have to drop the tailgate to open it. Of course, it can be pried open if someone really wants to get in...but nothing but a Diamondback will stop that.

I'm looking forward to getting one in the next few months myself. I'm looking at the truck sport roll up from truxedo that Real Truck sells for $309
Or maybe a hard cover. I like the Lomax and overall other members seems to like it too. Seems like the most affordable of the hard cover options and I like the sleek look. Of course it's more coin and I'm not sure how it will work with hauling my 10foot kayak. If folding 2/3 of it over letting the boat hang out works then we're good. I'd pay more for the extra security of a hard cover.

I got my taco in May, started researching covers and decided on the lomax trifold. Very happy with, easy install and I haven't experienced any water yet... Easy to take off and put back on. I can do it myself, just a little easier with 2 guys...

I like my Peragon. Install was relatively easy. Removal to open up the bed for taller items is a snap.

Extang also has the Encore 2.0.

It sits flat, and relocated the rails, but looks good and allows access to the panel near that cab.

I have used Truxedo Truxport for years on my old F-150 and have had one installed on my Tacoma for 3 months now. They use the bed rails for mounting and can't open unless the tailgate is opened.
I love them, they are fairly cheap, last for years, and best of all roll up all the way so you can use every inch of bed space. Opposed to hard or tri fold which when open you can't access the entire bed.

I have an access vanish and it’s pretty great for the price. Rolls up when I need the bed. Also still looks good for being 4 years old. Personally, I’m looking in to a hard trifold cover next

Diamondback all the way. Expensive but definitely the most secure.

I may install one of these hard covers this fall when the weather cools off. Just too damn hot to mess with it right now.
