    - ICON UCAs, BP51/Kings, SCS wheels, 285s, Leer 100XR canopy. Greenlane aluminum winch bumper, Smittybilt X20 winch. Trying Falken AT3w now, Really like BF KO2s.
I went with the icon add a leaf with the stock leafs, they have held up surprisingly well for 7 years. Have a leer canopy on for extra weight. If you’re on a budget for the OP.

i have both ends of the spectrum. A 2010 manual 2.7 single cab 4x2 and one of the last built 2015 Auto DCLB V6 4x4.
Watch the white paint color, specifically 040 color. Mine is peeling around the window frames on my 2015. It was made a couple months before the 3rd gens at the same plant that were recalled.

Hey man- my late 2006 purrs like a kitten at 126K miles. Not all 2006's are problem children :)

    Not all of them.
But the safest answer it to avoid all 2006 models.
Unless you want to look at build dates. Which the average person doesn't know to do.

Most people are not going to know where to look.
And if it's an online ad, they almost certainly wont have a picture of the vin sticker on the door jam.

    That's why I said 2006 in general.

Yep. build dates are tuff to find. Open the driver door and look at the build plate.

Keep passing on the bad internet knowledge about 2006 trucks, it just leaves more available to purchase by the actually informed.
