Looking to Buy 2nd gen v6 double cab frame-shortbed

Hello fellow Tacoma enthusiasts!

Last year I bought a 2008 toyota tacoma. The trim is listed in the thread title. I was still unaware of how serious the rust problems where with this car and I didn't do my due diligence with the underbody inspection. The rust underneath is pretty bad. The frame rails by the leaf springs are being pushed apart because rust is in between them. There is also a small perforation on the inside rail and that means there is more rust on the other side.

I was prepared to sand blast it myself but due to the frame being a rust sandwich it would be impossible to repair this frame correctly.

The problem is I really like this truck, and don't think it would be worth plopping off with this frame rust onto an unsuspecting chump.

Me and my brother are very mechanically inclined (skills obtained AFTER buying the truck XD ) and could swap the frame ourselves to save on labor. The issue is finding a frame in good condition that we can put under it. Any suggestions? Anyone have a frame by chance? Hoping it is on the western side of the US. Willing to pickup.

(Also the truck no longer qualifies for the frame recall and I am not interested in buying a new truck.)

Would a prerunnet frame fit with 4x4? Also looks like it would be just the back half. How would that work out for putting it on?
