Looking to Buy Manual Double Cab, Spring 2021

Hey guys so throwing this out here now cause I know some folks take a little while to think about selling their Tacomas.

Looking to get back into a Tacoma next spring (2021). The family is getting to the point of being able to afford two vehicles, so looking to put the wife into a 4Runner and me getting rid of the f150 and back into a Tacoma.

Specs I’m looking for:
Double Cab
4x4
TRD Offroad or Sport
6 speed manual
My Location: Troy NY
Can be stock or have some tasteful mods, but no 6 inch drop suspension lifts
Rough Budget: $20k, cheaper better, but can be flexible if condition is better.

Not overly concerned on mileage, as long as it was taken care of. Not looking for a truck that’s whipped to the point of near death.
Willing to travel, but truck needs to survive the trip.

I have a 2013 DCSB 6MT TRD OR that I keep threatening to sell and buy a new one. It currently has 95ish k miles on it but will definately be over 100k by early next year

It is black exterior with gray interior and is bone stock except for the lack of badges

Where are you located?

 

I live in Metter, Ga but I have a sister that lives near New Holland, PA so I get up that way sometimes also

 

Yeah Metter is a 1,000miles, so little bit of a haul but not to bad if it comes to it.

I’m assuming the truck hasn’t really seen to many snowy winters being down there?
Big thing for me is trying to get something a clean as possible. I don’t mind small scratches and such. But frame needs to be solid and no crazy wear and tear on stuff

Mileage doesn’t worry me as long as everything is still solid and been maintained.

So like the title said I’m looking for something come spring time. I was going to ditch the F-150 this fall but dealers weren’t really making any deals on 4runner so literally just put tires on it today for the winter.
If it’s cool for you we can circle back on this after the new year?

 

it has a couple minor dings but overall the paint is in good shape and the interior is clean and its frame is definately clean

Ok so honestly it does sound like something that would work.
If you got pictures available you can just private message them.
I’ll see how I’m looking pay wise at the beginning of the new year, so if it’s good and we can work out a deal probably do something early spring
