    i live in the pa mountains and im looking to buy a tacoma,im definitely getting a 4x4 and a 5-speed and i want a truck that comes with 31's or (whatever the metric equivalent is) from the factory.i travel up and down steep hills on a daily basis and do very limited light duty towing.will the 4cyl have enough power or will i definetly want a 6,it would be my dd and i work close to home.thank you for your time,Ken

    If your commute is short, the mileage difference won't be much of a factor anyway, and you'll appreciate the torque of the 6 when towing up hills.

    Thanks for the info,having a hard time finding one with a 6 and a 5 speed for 7k or less
