    Yeah Drakecast is awesome, that sample in the intro with the guy talking about the disco midge cracks me up every time. Another great one is Tailer Trash Fly Fishing. Not much instructional content though, just a bunch of guys talking about stuff that usually has some connection to fly fishing.

    I find that for beginners Orvis is probably bit more instructional since it has a lot more stuff on the basics of fly fishing.

    Learn the "reach" cast, and cast with your forearm not the wrist. Have fun and enjoy the humbling journey. Learn drift and currents, talk to the local flyshop, be patient when on the water, watch and learn where the fish are working and how and what they are feeding on. Learn how to tie a quality tippet knot......I could go on and on...
