Looking to regear

I'm somewhat new to the lifted truck world and I currently have an 07 trd sport 4.0 with a 6" lift on 33x12.5r20 Fuel Gripper M/Ts. Currently factory geared but looking to regear to accommodate the new wheels. What should I regear to? I'm comfortable getting under and doing some of the work and read in other threads that eastcostgearsupply.com can supply fully built 3rd members. I guess I'm just not sure what I'm looking for

id probably lean towards 4.30s if you dont plan on going larger than 33s
