Just picked up these with no coils… they’re from a 2021 TRD OR with few miles.
I don’t do too much OR driving and would like to improve while I stay in comfortable budget.
From my understanding, my SR will not lift up height by replacing my stock shocks. I was wondering what else I need that is not included already on my truck to complete this lift… add a spacer in the coils for height?
    Just looking for 2” lift.
Do I need to purchase anything else? I assume I use control arms and coils on my stock SR…?

    Thank you!!!!

What’s more important to you, suspension performance or ride height? If the former, you have everything you need. If the latter, a small spacer might get you what you want. I have no direct experience with spacers, but in theory I think an above coil spacer that increases preload is better than a top hat spacer that changes the range of motion of your suspension (shifting it downwards).

On the rear you can add a block if you want to raise it up.

    Are you installing this yourself?

I’d prefer height as well, thank you!
I’ll look into the spacers then!
Would I have to add anything in the rear to make it level?

That depends on how much you raise the front. If your goal is performance, I suggest raising the front and rear the same. A “level” truck is for looking cool at the mall while pretending that you use your truck for doing truck stuff. You can use a block to raise the rear.

One other note… the best thing you can do for your truck to improve performance is to upgrade your tires. 33” mud terrains make a big difference. They also have a lot of drawbacks during daily driving.

Awesome, I decided I’m going to get 5100 bilsteins and just try and sell stock. Lmk if anyone interested in buying! Pic below of stock with low mileage.

My truck is MGM color and I recently blacked out emblems, but I saw matte gold plasti dip at store for 99cents and couldn’t resist. Been thinking bout bronze/gold wheels, so badges to match might look rlly cool. What you think?

The 5100s are a big improvement over the factory 4600s. Been very happy with the ride quality on and off road.
