Loose backrest in bucket seat?

Well I have noticed in my 07 dc (bucket seats) that my passenger backrest seems like it is loose it shakes a little bit when you move it back and forth and side to side (seems like it shakes more then it should). And the drivers doesnt do this. So I was wondering if this is normal or should I take out the seat (im sure I will anyways) and check all the bolts to see if there loose?
