Loose clutch fork

    IIRC the OEM one has 2 hole sets and you're supposed to use the ones with arrows next to it or something, your aftermarket may not have them as long as it aligns with the dowels and all dowels are installed it should be centered and good.

    Just make sure you run all the bolts in slowly a turn at a time in a star pattern to bring it down evenly.

    Not exactly sure how the pivot broke in the first place. Looks like a case of "I need to get to work tomorrow" with the diy pivot though. I'm expecting you're replacing the pivot and fork with OEM parts. Check out McGeorge Toyota Online.

    I did my best to tighten then evenly. I did the sequence n everything too. 14 ft lbs with a torque wrench to finish off. Did I do it properly? We will find out this weekend:oops:

    Yes, I got all brand new clutch fork and pivot ball. I have all my parts now except for the shifter bushings I ordered from marlin crawler. Gonna try n wrap it up this weekend. Wish me luck...
