Recently changed the spark plugs on my 2019 tacoma trd w/3.5. I found several spark plugs loose when i removed them, at 45000 miles. I also found information that said to tighten the new plugs to 13lb/ft. 13lb/ft didnt appear to be enough torque to properly seat the sealing ring into the head. Does anyone have access to a 2019 tacoma service manual?

Spark plugs are 13 lb·ft. Just enough to snug them. An over-tight plug is worse than an overly loose, especially when you have to figure out how to extract it without breaking.

I agree with part of that, however I've had to rethread too many blown out spark plug threads from loose fitting plugs. I set my torque wrench to 20 lb/ft in hopes there is a happy medium. I'll know at their next replacement. Should be around June or July of this year.

I would follow Toyotas torque spec.
