Loose stitching...leather seat...headache?

    Cracked windshield, custom waste bag hung on back of passenger seat (plastic Kroger® shopping bag), St. Peter's pits (hail damage).

    I'm considering making an offer on an '02 Limited with leather seats. The only flaw in the interior is a seam on the driver's seat has loosened or unraveled for about four or five inches. I believe it is the seam on the seat bottom closest to the door. Can this be repaired reasonably and confidently? The rig has 160,000 miles on it. Thanks.
