Hey guys, I've got a 2012 Taco with the non-touch screen radio. And my USB port just seems to be loose, I'm have problems connecting my iPod (5th Gen) consistently and if it connects at all I get an 'Error 4' or it just works.

Any ideas short of replacing the switch?

    Thanks

There's probably a loose connection somewhere on the backside. The only option besides replacing it, is to open it up and fix whatever is loose. If the plastic housing is loose, there are several epoxy options available at the hardware store. If its a connection loose then you'll have to find it and re-solder it.

Or you could just replace the head unit with an aftermarket one.
