hello, my wife has a 2004 runner v6. About two months ago the runner started leaking fluid. I could see the fluid and the toyota techs replaced the radiator. Two days ago I went to the dealer to get maintance and they topped off the fluid. We drove 800 miles from El Paso to Houston and when we got to the hotel I noticed most of the fluid was gone. I could not see a leak anywhere. Took it to the dealer yesterday in Houston and they could not find anything wrong. It is not smoking which gives me hope that it's not burning the fluid. It's been to 3 dealers and they have not figuere it out. The truck has 180K but aside from that issue it runs like a champ. The fluid does not leak when the car is parked it seems like it's loosing coolant when it's running. My wife rever ended her friend but damage was done really but the front bumper needed to be repaired. Has anybody had a similar issue ?

Unfortunately, I would bet a large sum that it is your head gasket. I would bet that a CEL of P0306 or P0304 is in your future.
