Yeah I don't want to send this thread into turmoil. Summary is somebody said I might be a friend, others assumed I might be him. That would be really impressive if he kept up my build thread for 14 months while keeping his up and scamming... Haha it wasn't a big deal. I've been in the shop with the truck all day so I couldn't respond immediately so there are about 4 pages of gifs lol.

Yeah. I'm gonna call at 8 am and see if I can make the drive. Got my eyes on some extended travel 2.5" shocks from them. Was gonna wait til next month but looks like it's happening early.

This will be a cool Christmas. Throwing my retrofit together, new springs, new shocks, new brake lines, and a CB radio! Getting ready for a TW meet on January 9th. Going snow wheeling

 

It's a ham radio. We all use to talk to each other on the trail. I have no idea what I'm doing, but we can communicate.

 

you didn't set up channels on your computer? Are you setting one channel and forgetting about it?

 

Never set it up on computer to program it. Basically we just all set it to same station and it's worked every time

 

I am sorry but I am out my family turmoil will most likely NOT be set enough for me to take off for the day. I hope you all have a blast!

 

Anybody know if this shock will work? at full droop, my needed length is 28.5"

I found some walker evans that are 29.5" fully extended and 19.5" collapsed for 10" of travel. Do you think that the collapsed length is too long? I have timbren bump stops so I know that should help
