    Thanks man! Unfortunately, it's a recurring injury from about 3 years ago surfing. Always same spot.

    Super annoying. Literally bent over and pop. Stupid old man back. Haha

    I've been rehabbing it with stretching, heat, massage and electronic stimulation.

    I have 2 herniated disks so I know what you mean...one wrong move and your done.

    Yea I have a torn disc at L3, or had a torn disc last time I had xrays and a mri. Physical therapy helped alot, but I got lazy and stopped doing the stretches and strengthening. It also gets expensive going a few times a week. Luckily, I memorized my routine from PT since I went so often :rofl:

    I'm totally open to holistic approaches. I almost went last time it was injured, but PT had it feeling better.

    There are entire open areas, enclosed in large fencing (think equestrian fencing), which are open to camping. Within these sites, there are various table / awning areas where it is expected that people will congregate toward. Thats the best of my knowledge. No real campsites in the traditional sense.
