Contacted rigid about my fog light kit. If they don't reply soon, it looks like I'm out for any night wheeling. Really pissed off that they are not rushing getting me the part I paid for a month ago.

If we're wheeling at night as a group aftermarket lights aren't really necessary.

I've done just my headlights for the last few years at night out there. Even some a few 60 mph passes even though I don't recommend that.

Guys guys, me and my super shakey KC lights got this hahahahaha. They shake so much it's hilarious, and no they're not loose, it's the custom mounts my dad and I made for them are thin and we haven't supported them better yet
I already got the all clear to miss work Friday, I'm fine leaving whenever @TXpro4X4 . I'll already have all my stuff, apart from food packed the night before so I just want to know when to be at yours or @ODNAREM's house by

No :( We are both graduating from UCSB in June. She will be working as an Emergency Room Tech and I'll be an Auditor at one of the Big 4. Our max budget is 2000 per month with both of our salaries starting out. We are just looking to rent for 2 years or so until she gets into Physician's Assistant school and we move to wherever that is.

$2000 is a good budget, and mostly a 1 BR or small 2 BR in LA proper. Depends where you's will be working. That will more than likely dictate where you want to live.

I work downtown too and live towards Beverly Hills area. It takes me about 30 minutes to work and about 40 minutes to get home. No matter where you live, you'll have to deal with some level of traffic. I'm looking right now too, and we have the same budget. So here's my thoughts.

Downtown is getting fun, good restaurants, NO parking or expensive monthly lots, and maybe a tiny studio for $2k. Haha

Boyle Heights is the next area close to downtown that is supposed to be gentrified soon. I'm not that brave.

Since you's young and cool, you could check out areas like Silverlake, Echo Park, Los Feliz area. Then your commute to downtown will be nothing. Tho parking sucks, and super hipster vibes. Decent restaurants and girls. $2k might be tight.

Or head up the 110 to the up and coming neighborhood of Highland Park. Stay close to York Street. Still transitional. $2k is good.

A little further out is Atwater Village, Eagle Rock and Glendale. The commute could be worse from here. $2k is good.

The westside is rad. Palms, Mar Vista, Venice, Culver City. More chill neighborhoods but more pricey. I prefer the westside due to proximity of the beach. $2k will get a 1BR in palms, mar vista and cc. Good luck in venice.

I'll be in Anza this weekend if you have questions.

Wow that was extremely helpful. Thanks!

We are looking for a one bedroom preferably. We found one place in Pasadena for 2000 a month and it is like our dream place to start out.

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom small house with a 1 car garage and a back yard. Too good to be true. Will definitely be gone by August.

Damn sounds good! Too bad it's in Pasadena. Haha. I work with a few people that live in Pasadena and commute to downtown.
