I've seen guys use cabinet pulls and run them parallel to the switches. It creates a corral of sorts so hitting the switches has to be more deliberate. Kind of like the pulls on the Iggy panel, if you get my meaning. I'm sure you can find something at work that can work for you! Here's a few ideas:

Exactly. With your job, you could find some pretty slick looking ones. Couldn't tell the ones in @toytaco08 's truck were even pulls until he told us!

I'm OK. I thought ahead and ran my switches horizontally in that spot with the "on" being pushed away from me. That way they're kind of further out. Also a little trick I learned by accident was to cut the hole for the switches a little tighter and it makes it so you have to push them a little harder to flip them over.

Yeah I love having switches that closely accessible , I just need a small safety. But I see myself needing more switches in the future, so I gotta get my switch panel in the sun glasses holder from @Yotamac. Can't have to many lights lol.

I have added 10 switches total in the center console alone. 6 in the Iggy panel and 4 by the shifter. Might have to go with Switch Pros or NSA soon. I might be redoing my blue sea setup in the future too. clean some stuff up and make a new panel. I want to streamline the whole thing and add a quick disconnect so if I ever have to pull the panel, all I would need to do is disconnect +, -, and one main bulkhead plug for all my wires in one shot. Keep it factory looking

Go over head, love my set up. Keeps everything clean and out of the way.

Also all those plugs are cool but do you really plan on unplugging everything often? personally haven't had the need to unplug anything. once your set up is in, its in.

I stayed up late to install these goodies...
    CaliRaised 30" 3D LED Bar with bumper flush mounts (@Jake Long15 )
Raptor Mesh Grill by Craig (@HomerTaco)
Color matched outer grill cover - purchased from Cory (@2015TRD4X4)

Both installs were pretty easy and had detailed instructions. I'm happy with the products and the deals I got them for!
