Oh. Lol. That's whack for people to have done that. Weakens the integrity of the site. Shame on those type of people.

Anyone that's interested, next week (a week from tomorrow) I have vacation and will be putting my truck back to stock with the 2nd gen Baja Kits +2 kit coming off and if someone wants the kit and gives me a hand, I'll throw in my TC gusseted spindles (non swaybar version) in on it with a trade for your spindles... $3k for kit w/ coilovers. Been on since January - never offroad, probably 5k miles total of commuting to work and school :( Just bought a 4x4 first gen so prerunner is going back to stock. :)

Actually if anyone is interested in trading spindles, just drop them off and I'll swap them out when I do it for free since it'll save me another wrenching session.

    Stock...for now!
We are planning on taking a car camping trip to Yosemite in July/August. Last year we went to Mammoth and had a blast. The campsites were awesome even though there were no showers. I here here are showers in Yosemite though. Our camp neighbors had a huge group (20+) last year in mammoth even though there is a limit of how many people can sleep per camp space. I also have a big family and wanted to reserve a spot soon, but I do not know how many people are going yet. What is the limit of ppl for the camp spaces in yosemite? Are the lenient as they are in Mammoth? I don't remember where we stayed at exactly. What part of yosemite would you recommend or is it all the same? Thanks!

need to learn more about this stuff
    Need some LA advice.
i've had my truck for less than two months and some guy decided to turn into the side of me. he was trying to cross 3 lanes of traffic to get to McDonalds and i was in the far right lane and he hit me. nothing major. just need new bumper, front drivers side fender and wheel and alignment done. wonder if the dealership would do all that since it isn't major damage. mostly cosmetic. that way i make sure i get OEM?

I wouldn't consider that minor damage. I'm guessing that at least 2-3k Dealership repair. If your not paying for it, take it in to the dealer. Good luck!
