Got into a little fender bender. She slammed on her brakes because she was distracted grabbing some from her back seat! I have dash cam video. I think she’s claiming neck pain. We’ll see how this one goes.

 

Bummer. Hope the dash cam works in your favor.

 

Sorry to tell you, the person hitting the rear end will be found at fault. Doesn’t matter if she was reaching for the back seat or on her phone. The person doing the rear ending should of left enough room to stop.
This is why we have insurance you’ll be fine.
