Superstition this weekend?

 

Anyone in the South Bay Area you recommend for lighting wiring?

 

What do you need done?

 

Need to wire a light bar, would do myself but don’t want to start messing with electric on a new truck without prior experience

 

How did you want to control the light bar? Dash mounted switch or switch panel?

 

Was looking to get it connected via bluetooth actually. Seems like switch panel is the most common way for that

Can anyone recommend the best alternative route into big bear? Coming from LA area and I'd like to avoid traffic as much as possible.

Looking @ going Thursday and it's showing chance of snow.

 

All Big Bear trails are currently closed till June. If you want to come to Bear you’ll need to leave early or sit in the traffic

I saw he abandoned the runner and walked back to town. Hope he got it sorted out. I have a buddy who wheels alone with this wife and kids. I tell him to stop doing that and take another truck/family with them in case they get stuck or break down.

 

Lone Pine is pretty far up there. I pass that on the 395 when I go to Reno to visit my daughter.

 

I'm clear guys. 1 hr off road recovery.

 

thank goodness. it's solid that you are prepared with rations. Some aren't so lucky.

 

Was it another off roader who pulled you out or did you have to get a tow truck service? Down here in the high desert I heard they can charge as much as $2,500

It was a tow business. I paid about 10% of that. I'd like to think for the tow driver it was like a fairy tale easy tow with pleasant scenery.
