Guys my 2007 Tacoma 4x4 is whistling on acceleration. I cant find any vacuum leaks and I also have replaced the gasket on throttle body. Any ideas ?

Does it do it in Park or Neutral while giving it gas.
Hold it at what ever RPM you hear it at while driving.

Do you have a check engine light?

If it’s sucking air bad enough to hear it inside the truck.
The MAF and or A/F sensors would probably throw a light.

If you don’t have a Check Engine Light,
I’d start by checking the air filter box.

Next would be a smoke test on the intake system.

I'm going with this is it's a hissing whistling and felt under acceleration with no codes. Is it worse the higher you go in the RPM ranges?

I've had several cats plug over the years and they do sound different and easily felt under acceleration. [or lack of it] Mine were always more of a high pitched hissing sound then whistling.

I had the cat checked it is good. I removed the intake before air filter. The loud whining noise is gone but still not running smooth. I can feel the shaking while excelerating.
