After I shut down my truck, it seems to be loosing complete electrical power until I cycle the key again. This will allow power to flow again for a while. The clock is reset everytime and I can’t operate the dome light or anything until I turn the key again. I can then remove The key and have power for a while. Any ideas? Is there some form of capacitor that holds power for a while? Battery is never drained and all comes back to life the second I cycle the key.

Interesting. I’d probably pull that fuse and then make sure it’s got 12v on the correct side with the key off. It may help divide the problem

That fuse should always have 12 volts, correct?

What ever your system voltage is it should always be 12VDC or higher .

check your ground connections if you haven't already. Sounds like a loose wire to me.
