lose weight fast, go see your doctor and get the surgery.

To lose weight for the long term, change your life style to include more vegetables, some actually burn more calories processing them than you take in from eating them.
Eat more often, but smaller portions of healthier foods.
Eat a good sized healthy breakfast, this should be your largest caloric intake at once for the day.
one of the newest things I have read or heard about is 12 hours you are allowed to eat, and 12 hours (include sleep time) you shouldn't eat.

oh, and the reason Body builders blend their steaks, cause they have no teeth anymore from fighting during roid rage.

What you're talking about is intermittent fasting, and it has been shown to be a big aid in fat loss. I use intermittent fasting myself. The minimum hours of fasting required daily (including sleep) to see benefits is 12 hours (i.e. stop eating at 8 PM, start eating at 8 am.) However it works better the more hours of fasting. I dont eat until 12 PM and I stop eating at 8 pm (16 hour fast). This will not work for everyone due to lifestyle and health differences, but if you can manage it it is a useful tool.

Ever heard of the potato diet?

You literally only eat potatoes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maybe try 3 or 4 days a week and eat normal the remaining days.

The kicker is you have to eat them at room temp or cold.

"The central benefit of eating cold cooked potatoes is in resistant starch -- RS. A tasteless form of fiber, RS aids in weight loss due to its slow absorption rate in the small intestine. This causes most of the dietary bulk of RS to pass as excrement. When potatoes are cooked, then cooled, resistant starch forms tight crystals. These crystals are broken up when the potato is reheated. This slow absorption also gives you the feeling of satiety for a longer period, reducing food intake."

You'll save a ton of time daily, money, and won't be hungry.
    1. Buy some potatoes.
    2. Boil them.
    3. Eat them plain. Salt if you must.
    4. Keep eating until hunger is gone.
    5. Enjoy the experience of dropping pounds without feeling hunger. You’ll likely keep the weight off

Definitely fast, this will help immensely. I had my mouth wired shut for 5 weeks, and lost 25 pounds. And that was when I was 150 pounds to start and 7% body fat in high school - there was no weight to lose but I did. A liquid diet sounds horrible, but there are plenty resources about tasty liquid meals.

Key to lose weight fast. Cancel your medical insurance and walk around Downtown LA wearing red underwear and blue high socks. The stress just melts the fat away.

Cut the soda, junk food, and fast food. Eat healthier, more round meals. Excercise. And the biggest one, PORTION CONTROL. If you say 'Man, I think I ate too much." often, then you need to lower your portion. If you find yourself getting slightly hungry throughout the day, supplement with a small amount of fruit or nuts. 30 minutes every day walk 75% and Jog 25%. Then continue to wean off the walking until you can jog for 30 minutes straight. Always cool down after a lengthy jog and make sure to stretch before so you reduce the strain on joints. Invest in a good pair of running shoes too.

Eat less calories than you burn. Figure out how many you burn in a day with a Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) calculator like https://www.iifym.com/ Eat 500 calories under your TDEE, and you will lose about 1 lb a week. Most doctors don't suggest trying to lose more than 1.5 lb a week.
Get a $20 scale from Harbor Freight, and weigh everything you eat and log it in an app like "Fat Secret" or "MyFitnessPal" so you know how much you are eating and can keep track of it. Humans are REALLY bad at estimating how much they are eating. They are even worse at understanding the concept of a calorie dense food. 8 oz of carrots or apples is about 100 calories. 8oz of peanut butter is about 830 calories.
Eat more protein and fat, and less carbs. Protein and fat cause you to feel full longer, so you'll be less inclined to eat more. Eating a lot of carbs also causes you to retain more water, which then makes you heavier.

Metabolism? Meth? Caffiene? Jokes aside, start getting some exercise. Especially when you first get up in the morning.

Bowel movements? Eat more fiber. Fresh vegatables, or a supplement like psyllium husk.

The only time I've heard of someone blending a steak was a guy that I work with that had heavy duty jaw surgery, and he put all kinds of stuff in a blender when he could only eat liquids. Steak, sandwiches, burritos.

Even better, just have yourself air lifted to some remote wilderness location with just a compass.....you will be lean and mean when/if you make it back to civilization.

Seriously though, eat less calories than you burn, and take it slow. Exercise is always a good idea even if you aren't trying to loose weight.

    Good luck OP.

Losing or gaining over a pound a day for 3 straight weeks is not something that sounds normal or healthy. I would suggest you start keeping better track of your weight to better understand what is going on. Even if you eat the same amount of calories, and have the same amount of exercise, you can have some fluctuation in weight from hour to hour and day to day. You could gain a few pounds in a day, just from eating and drinking.

Measure your weight at the same time every day, preferably in the morning before you've eaten. It's generally better to look at what's called a moving average. Take the last 3-5 days weights, and calculate the average.

Never let anyone tell you to not eat carbs. Our bodies run off of carbs for energy. I would try cutting carbs and limiting them, but straight up quitting them isn't going to solve the big picture. The weight that is lost will come back quickly.

It's calories you need to limit. You have to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight. I'm thinking of adding some walks to my daily activities to get more active. Then maybe I'll go get my weight bench back from my buddy who's been storing it for me.

Snort large amounts of cocaine, hourly for a week. You'll lose lots of weight. Good luck.
