Here’s the big secret to losing weight. It’s kept secret by the Illuminati to oppress fat people.

I you need to lose 30+ pounds just eat half as much as you usually eat and you'll be fine (same food, half the portions)...

Limit carbs and it's easy to lose weight. Down 15 lbs without even trying or working out much.

I just found out push mowing a lawn with ft and half tall grass in 80+F weather is a great way to lose weight. Down 10lbs in two days. (Assuming it's just water weight)

Reminds me of this young Marine I seen outside the Grocery Store, he had about fifteen plastic bags of celery. He said he was on "the celery diet", he said it takes more calories to eat it, then they contain.

This will probably be redundant but reduce your carbohydrate intake, don't buy any junk food (I only buy nuts as snacks, and some "healthy" bars like RX Bars), log your meals in an app on your phone (or go analog style and get a diet notebook) to keep track of calories in and calories out, join a gym, eat primarily unprocessed foods, and get into meal prepping. I cook all my lunches and dinners for the week on Sunday and make myself stick to those during weekdays. Check out reddit.com/r/MealPrepSunday/

Also, switch from beer to whiskey

How big are the potatoes? I'll weigh them. When do you eat them or can do intermittent fasting with it?

I lost 25lbs in 2 months. I stopped eating rice, pasta, bread, and sugar. I didn't do a keto diet. I consumed vegetables, meat, and fats. No milk, but yes butter. Boost your metabolism by weight lifting, try a 3x5 or 5x5 and finish with a HIIT. I squat every workout, which is about every other day. When I think I am done working out, I do a metabolic finisher. KB swings, box jumps, mountain climbers, things like that. Try to work really hard for 20-30 seconds then take a 10 second break as you switch to the next exercise, for a total of <12 minutes. I change it up every day. Your whole workout could take you 45 minutes or less.
I am not a trainer, I am not a pro, but I am 32 and my testosterone stayed in my 20s. I feel GREAT! the guys at work tell me I have old man strength!
Kettlebell swings are your best friend.

Just typical russet potatoes will do, you can eat as many as you'd like but trust me. Your body will throw a flag when you're full of spuds lol

You eat them whenever your hungry, its literally a cheap way to reduce calorie intake but feel full and satisfied.

Key is keeping your metabolism working over time. Walk several times a day. Or exercise twice a day. Gotta burn more calories than you take in.

Burn more then you take in. Losing weight fast is bad for you. Average about 2-3lbs a week that’s healthy. Cut trans fats and sugars out of your diet. Cardio is you best friend followed by low weight high rep weight training. Do it healthy and the weight will stay off, do it unhealthy like biggest loser style the weight will come back. Sodas are huge no no’s because they are high in calories and sugar with no actual substance to them. Also being in Hawaii rice is your enemy lower that intake too.

I lost 20 pounds in a month with regular, rotating exercises for an hour (non stop) and limiting processed food to zilch. Meat, veggies, fruit, rice/quinoa. Seasoning yes, sauces no. DONT. DRINK. CALORIES. Water, unsweetened tea, black coffee. Worked like a charm and wasnt all that difficult to manage.
