my '11 AC sr5 4x4 lost a hub cap on the stock steel wheels...now, do I replace one cap or get a decent set of aftermarket wheels?

Fancy wheels would be a cool grand, any ideas?

Buy a set of TRD Sport or OR wheels that someone has taken off when they upgraded. I bought a full set, complete with center caps and lug nuts for $125.

I have a set of Trd sport rims for my snows, but in 17" and I just got some michelin LTX m/s2 in the 16" size, so a good set of 16" is needed. So a new hub cap or set Is needed...

When I lost one, I moved one so the missing one was on the passenger side that I rarely see. I drove around like that for at least a year. When I lost a second one, I bought a new set of four of eBay.

They changed the clips and the new ones are a lot tougher. Don't know what year they changed. Be careful on eBay, there's a bunch of people selling broken ones. Make sure you know the condition of what you're ordering if you get a replacement.

TRD OR HAS 16" wheels. I was even able to use the TPMS from my stock steel wheels,

I'd personally get a cap and stick with steel. The only thing that alloy wheels have on steel is that they are lighter, steel are better in almost every other way.

I ordered a set of wheel skins (wheel covers) from HubCap Mikes...far, far cheaper than either factory center caps or new wheels. And they are sold as singles also, so if I lose one, easily replaced.
