I'm jealous now. I really want to get my order in and get them mounted but I need to figure out what I'm going to do about my suspension still. Especially now that I won those billies.

Jealous, look who has the bumper on order...I'm gonna be jelly. Well you see the part numbers that I utilized, truck acts totally different.

Don't know I think I would sell the billies.

You wouldn't be so jealous looking at the sales receipt. Insurance only paid for about a third of it. Better than nothing though I guess.

If I keep the billies I have to sell the rear nitrochargers. If I keep the OMEs i need to buy the fronts but could sell the billies unopened. Actually wish I never bought those OME coils and shocks at all. I could have gotten a complete new set from headstrong for just 5 dollars more than it costs me to complete the set.

Oh the wife has been fussing lately about what I have spent on the tacoma, she about to take the frying pan to my head

Ya if I would of known I would of ended up with the dakar's I would of saved a couple hundred from wheelers when the sale was going....:pout:Guess it really depends on what you decide to do, if you sell the billies then you can recover some of your money...especially since they are unopened.

Thanks for the detailed photos of your install. It sure helps. I'm looking to do this same lift on my 2017. So how does it ride? Would you do anything different? Do you have any photos of the new setup?

Rides way better than it did, have not take any photos other then what you see. Don’t think I would do anything different come to think of it. Hardest part was deciding what spring I thought would work for me.

I'm also trying to decide between the 887 and 888. How soft are the front shocks?

I can’t they are that much softer, they feel more to the ground. The little that I have driven the Tacoma since they have been installed it is quieter and it feels more in control, but could of also been alignment was jacked. The 888 are considered medium load, so they are between the 887 and the 886.

Thanks for your input. Any chance you'd be able to post a photo of your current setup?

A full side shot would be great, so I can see the rake. Pecans sound good.

Here is the best shot I can get, it’s tucked away in the barn. If I pull the mower out later to clean the yard I’ll grab another shot, sorry truck hasn’t been cleaned.

That's perfect. No pressure to take another shot. Thanks for doing that... your truck looks great! And so do those pecans.

Thanks, the pecans/trees are full year job your always cleaning up after them. I think we have picked up 10 5 gallon buckets this far and it’s not done.

 makes me wish I never bought the Billies and went with this instead.

Did you use the factory UCA's or did you order new ones with the kit?
