I was on Vacation on the big Island last week, and saw 3rd gen after 3rd Gen after 3rd Gen. And that was the whole Island.

Wish I had mine in a few areas I visited. Bunch of tacos for obvious reasons, just more 3rd Gens than I have seen in one place.

We go to Hawaii a lot, and Tacos are one of the most popular vehicles there. Doesn't matter which Island.

The Tacoma is the official vehicle of the Big Island.

Okay, not official, but way, way more than anything else. The 2016s were slow getting here, but now they are practically growing on every tree. Mine, ordered early January, did not arrive until late May. The local Toyota dealer must be very happy - there is only one dealer on the island, although it has showrooms in Hilo and Kona, so they have a nice little monopoly.

Yep, I'm one of them lol. Lots of 3rd gens here. Tacomas are VERY popular, out numbering all others by a long shot. They're good trucks for the islands. Hope you had fun here on vacation!

There is an insane amount of Tacos out there in Hawaii.

But only one primary dealer that has pricing essentially locked in and with little negotiating room. Servco.
