    6 months later update

I've been using 4-hi to drive out to ski hill most weekends with crummy roads and all is still working and good! (*knock on wood*)

I forgot to mention, the culprit on my 4WD drive problem was most likely a cracked/split T-Case breather tube hose. I noticed the split hose while installing the new T-case actuator lol, this meant that the original owner wrongly (and incorrectly) replaced the ADD in an effort to fix 4WD when he really just made the issue worse. I cut the hose back to where it was not splitting and reinstalled on the new actuator.

I am chronically scared to leave the car parked in 4-hi as the previous owner told me that it was after sitting a night in 4-hi when he came outside the next morning to put it in 2wd was when it initially got stuck in 4-hi.

Hope this thread helps someone else sort out 4WD BS someday!
