2014 SR5 4Dr 4WD with ARE Cap, and I tow my boat a LOT. Atleast a few times a week. The rear has started to show the typical sag, which was completely expected from carrying the cap and various tools all the time plus the towing. The leaf springs look basically flat as well.

Not looking for any sort of lift, I'm fine with what's on the front, but what's the best option to go back to the factory look and possibly prevent the back from sagging for a while longer. (I get that it's most likely inevitable).

I would get some replacement springs and then some Firestone airbags that way when you can add some air to compensate for the cap and stuff then when you tow can air them up more.

Replacement springs with a single AAL and a weight distribution hitch should take care of this. Really don't even need the AAL but with the cap AND additional weight of the boat it may help in the long run...

I considered airbags as well however figured for my application figured new pack was a better decision. Went with Dakar’s, installed about July2017, so far no complaints. If primarly just a tow truck I think you should’ve fine with bags...

    My application
    -tow 18ft center console 2-3X a month
    -wanted a lift
-no real daily loads adding extra weight
    -do trail my truck occasionally

OP. get some firestone riderite air bags first. Try em out, if you are still having sagging issues then grab a set of general spring HD springs and call it good (or find a lightly used set of OEM 4 leaf packs that often pop up here)
