You think ATP's are noisy? I have them and can't say I hear any hum from them at all :notsure:

    Noisy, not loud.

I constantly hear my tires buzzing, have since new. Not an annoyance to me as it's not disruptive - but they're definitely there.

Maybe you have higher standards for tire noise than I do

I suggest using a clothes pin to place a playing card in your wheel.

This forum cracks me up sometimes.

    :notsure:

    I either hear them or I don't.

I never heard my BFG AT/KOs winding up or down with my speed, or the OEM Dunlop's.

It's not a complaint, it's just what I hear. If I don't have the radio on, all I hear is tire whine.

I only have BFG AT's, but I travel about 100 miles a week between work and school. I know that AT's aren't that whiney, but when I eventually get MT's, I don't think I'll mind. If I do, I can always park it and drive the wife's 4Runner on days I have class.

I have 265/75-16 Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10 that I took off my Jeep, and am thinking of mounting them on my Tacoma. I don't hear anything from those...tire noise drives me nuts...go figure...

The Cooper Discoverer AT3 is quiet - even after 35K miles, so you don't want them if you're seeking a good tire hum.

My Nitto Terra Grapplers had a decent hum to 'em. The KO2's I have now are silent compared to the Nittos.

My duratracs are pretty noisy with about 25k on them. I spend a ton of time on the highway and I don't mind it... Unless I'm trying to use my Bluetooth to make a phone call... It's borderline too loud for that.
