I have a 2018 Tacoma SR RWD that just had the steel rims changed to oem aluminums with new lug nuts-not sure if that has anything to do with it. I hear a weird audible one time click/pop sound when going from drive to park and my vehicle moves forward maybe half an inch or so. I’ve read multiple posts and am wondering what it could be exactly? It only has 5,600 miles, had a recent oil change and a mechanic look at it before I bought it a month ago. I noticed the pop/clunk sound today in the garage when parking. Is this normal for Tacomas?

My 2020 sport does this, not all the time but it does it. There's a tread about this with a video showing it in action in here somewhere, just search for it. My 2018 Tundra does not do it, only the Tacoma.
Guys are saying it's normal so, I'm assuming it's OK.

Did you get your oil change with your 5k Toyota care service? Because they don’t change the oil at 5k

Have you checked the lug nuts?

Are the aluminum rims fitting snug around the hub? And the aluminum rims are using different lug nuts. The steel sr rims have a taper to them while the alloy rims have a 90 degree bend with a washer but you prob already know this.
