Loud Clicking in Dash Under Heavy Load

Just wondering if anyone else has heard this. I talked to the dealer and they couldn't find anything and had never heard of this..

2016 Tacoma
When applying heavy acceleration, on an incline, pulling my boat. (merging onto a freeway) There is a knarly clicking matching the pitch of the the wound up motor coming from behind the driver side instrument panel. (think - baseball card taped to your bicycle tire type of clicking)

I dont have a video but next time it warms up and im coming home from the river. Ill be sure to try to capture it.
