Spare tire looks tight in video.
Have you recently done anything to the truck...when did it start?

My clunk was the receiver hitch/pin I had in the boxes side compartment.
I never use the compartments or the hitch so I forgot about it.

My clunk ended up being a loose attachment of the front sway bar to the spindle. Was super hard to diagnose since it had to be perfectly unloaded to allow any noticeable play. Found this after replacing the front body mounts by the radiator thinking that was the culprit...

Yeah I took off spare tire and still has the noise. I noticed it about a month after I purchased it purchased it about 6 mths ago. It feels like it’s coming from both leaf springs. I’m nearly certain that’s where the noise is coming from. Maybe slightly worse on passenger side. I did fluid film the leaf packs and frame around 3 weeks after purchasing. Bushings look great. Almost like the leafs maybe shifting. ‍♂️ I’m gonna swing by Toyota dealership tomorrow and see what they say. Probably tell me it’s normal. It’s more just annoying when I off road.

I was thinking maybe springs or bushings too. Does the fluid film get dried out over time. Maybe they need some lube but if you think they're sliding around then your ubolts aren't tight enough. Probably shouldn't lube them yet.
If you chock the wheels and toss the parking brake on, you can loosen the ubolts and straighten the springs.
    Plenty of videos out there.

So I finnaly found the issue and it was close to this, got someone to jump in the back of the bed causing the suspension to flex and followed the clunking sound.... Ended up being my stupid air bag system, the leaf spring guide was out of place and the u bolt was a little loose. Centered the guide, tightened up the u bolt so it doesn't shift over and the annoying clunk is finally gone!

Best way to find out is leave your truck in neutral with e brake off, get a friend or two to jump in the back and just lay under the truck and follow the music. Took me about 15 seconds.... Wasted so much time checking everything multiple times, I don't know why I didn't do it sooner

So it’s my rear leafs. I think it’s called the military wrap? I had to pry it just a bit from the side of the rear passenger leaf spring. No more clunk. Took me a while to figure it out by just spraying everything with lubricant. Now I think I have a wheel bearing roaring. Could be jest my tires as I noticed it after rotating my tires. No change in noise when swerving. Jacked it up and have no slop and it sounds clean when spinning. Only seems to happen when going between 30-50 and has same tone through entire range. 4wd don’t change it and neutral don’t matter. I guess i will just keep searching.

Check your Brake Pad clips, I had the same thing but on passenger side, big thunk when i'd hit large mounds or speed bumps and i went through the same stuff you did trying to diagnose and then found some people doing this double clip thing where its just a second of those little paper clip looking clips that they say you only need 1 on the bottom, as soon as I added the second clip to the top my thunk went away. just a possibility
