Hopefully this link works. Any ideas of what this sound is? Only happens when under flex or under extreme stress such as going down steep hill

    A few minor things...
is a coil binding on the control arm on either side? Park max flex and take a look. I had a creak/pop similar to that when I lifted on stock UCAs and turned out my coil

I put painters tape on any surface I thought was at risk, took my wheel off to survey once I heard the noise again to see if any tape was torn off or marred. turned out the inside of the UCA would rub on the coil (coil deflection) at/near full compression.

I got JBA UCAs after that and haven't had a problem since.

The other thing I can think of is... maybe a steering lock rubbing at full lock? Mine has a terrible grind when I go full lock. turned out to be rubbing between 2 metal pieces, the cast piece lock and the lower control arm when compressing/decompressing the suspension during accel/decel.

    Hope this helps.

Looking at the video, when the pop occurs you can see your right rear axle pop-up along with the leafspring. I would start looking in that area first. The video is too dark to see if anything is happening on the left rear.

Definitely trying the painters tape idea tmrw. I have heard the sound while I was slightly turning after coming down a steep hill. I'm hesitant to believe it is the uca touching anything bc my front was barely flexed and wasn't at full lock either when I heard it.

Its like something binds when under stress and then releases when its moved. I got JBAs sitting in my garage I'm hoping it fixes it. Thank you!!

I'll have to check out that leaf spring and possibly look at the u bolts. I'm not sure why the leafs would be moving up, I heard it plain as day in the front. Ill have to take some more videos
