Loud Vibrations and Shaking from Engine and Hood

Have a '05 PreRunner Double Cab with about 152,000 miles on it. Never had any problems with it. As of about a week or two ago i have noticed a loud vibrations and shaking when I am hitting the accelerator, especially when I am going up steep hills. As soon as I let off the accelerator, the vibration and shaking stops. Am taking truck in today to see what is going on. My light is on for an oil change so I am getting that as well, but was curious as to if the oil change might be issue or if it might be something great.

Any ideas?
