    What part of Louisville do you live in? I'm in Mt. Washington. Will PM you when I have a little more time.

    Buy online at Headstrong Offroad.

    Closest trails (legal) is Dirty Turtle (Bedford Ky) or Blue Holler (Mammoth Cave). Mediocre trails for the most part....but close. Everything else is 2 hours + away.

    One private trail near here. Gotta go with property owner only....:rolleyes:

    Only local vendors is Moab Offroad on Poplar level rd. (Jeeps) and 4WPs on Taylorsville Rd. A couple people around here have had Goins Automotive (in Mt. Washington) do some install work.

    I doubt they'll do anything like fab work. Just spinning wrenches.

    May have a guy in Indiana that can do 'em. Just about the time I felt confident enough in my welding skills to tackle one, I've been diagnosed with MS, and now unable to get back up off the ground if I got under a truck. Let me see what I can drum up....

    I didnt do my own. I dont know how to weld. I found some guy on here that did it for me.

    I ordered the backing plates from BAMF and the guys name was Todd Wilt. Great guy. Charged me $200 and got it done same day. Highly recommend him for a cmc in the Louisville area. He has a shop off Preston highway at his house. Number is 502-333-2323.

    Taller/wider tires CAN rub as they turn in the fender well. (Even with a lift) One of the spots they rub the most is on the cab mount at the lower rear of the fender well. Just trimming it slightly provides enough to make a difference.
