Live in the country so I need the 4x4 for snow . This is a road truck for me , no 4 wheeling . I have just one gripe , it pulls to the right . I did a search and it looks like a problem with a lot of trucks . Anyone have any luck with the dealer fixing this without a big hassle ?

If alignment is good then it’s your tires. Try to switch front left to right. If it pulls toward the opposite it’s your tires. If if the same side then it’s your alignment

    Oh look, another mod....
Is this a new truck, or a new-to-you truck? If it's new, take it back to the dealership, if it isn't, get the alignment checked or check the tires.

I have a 2022 Sport it drives straight as a arrow,... no hands required.
Is this new or did it pull during the test drive.

Either way the dealer should fix it for free, unless they play the "It was fine when you left, why didn't you say something" card.
Someone else messes with it and somethings wrong,... the dealer will tell you should have come here anyway.

It shouldn't pull, I would take to dealer.

If a steering/alignment issue, you have 1 year or 10k miles which ever come first to have it in warranty....they only do it once in that period.

Same thing on a 2000 T4R I bought new. It was the tires.
The dealership tried aligning it, still pulled to the right so I brought it back.
The dealership said everything was in alignment, so I called toyota corporate.
They called the dealership, who called me, and they put on a set of 5 Michelins.
    Problem solved.

The rear axle thrust angle is likely out. Toyota dealers, and most tire shops wont make this adjustment as it requires loosening the rear leaf spring clamps and is not part of the official Toyota procedure, which never mentions the rear axle.

Go to a proper shop, that specializes in alignments, and you will be fine. There is no truck that is doomed to pull right, in the hands of a qualified alignment tech. They’ll correct the thrusts angle and send you on your way.
