Ok, he is kinda crying but the fog light thing is a legitimate complaint. Why would I only want the fogs on when my low beams are on? They're most useful with the parking lights on, assuming it's actually foggy/blizzard-ing....

That was the first thing I 'fixed'. I also fixed the seatbelt chime, personal preference. I understand why it's there, I just don't care :D.

    oil change...

the fog light thing is common place on most vehicles I have driven. they only work as either driving lights or with low beams and turn off with the high beams...no clue why

and looks like there are a ton of vehicles that do the same thing with a simple google search

Why do my fog lights turn off with my high beams?

This thread is much more entertaining than the title implies.

You're allowed to rant, just not about simple things that are easily fixed and discussed to death already.

Re-read my post... I said fogs on with PARKING lights.

Fogs + high beams on country roads is nice as well, but not necessary. I really wanted the ability to be able to turn on the fogs with parking lights...

Ironically it seems to be a Japanese thing. I've seen Dodge Durango's and Ferd Exploder's with their fogs on and not headlights on... Bleh. Easy enough mod, fixed the issue :D.

well, you have a right to rant IMHO. yes many of these items are correctable thanks to the wonderful world of TW:) but i personally learned that disabling the seatbelt chime had to be done at the dealer for a nominal fee. white gauges on an '11 model, and possibly newer, ARE NOT able to be done with the remedy provided here. just be prepared to weather a shitstorm of "advice" on why one shouldn't do such, and why all dealers are a**holes. i had the chime disabled, and frankly, it is one of the best mods i've had performed:D. BTW, i am an adult, and always wear my seatbelt, any my family wears theirs, at all times, when needed:thumbsup:

whipper, dude, get a boyfriend, girlfriend, imaginary monkey, something. Your verbal diarrhea is becoming intolerable. You don't have to shout 5 posts per page. Did you have daddy issues as a kid? Attention deficit?

ahh man. As the OP I guess I am responsible for this thread and I apologize. This is getting out of hand. LOL

I expected people to jump down my throat, its fine, happens in all forums. Just a simple rant. Definitely some characters here, me being no exception. Gotta love TW.

Anyway just like people, I love my truck's drawbacks....
