I don’t think it does. I think the Push button start ones are the only ones that have the TRD on it and those are running out of stock or out of stock already. (Forever)

The one I just got in, mind you it was the quicksand, had the AJT design on it. So I would assume it would have it on the black one as well.

I'm sure it will eventually, but it is not like i'm out rolling it around in the dirt. If I'm out hiking it is inside my pack.

Anyone do the manual version yet? I got mine the other day, but I haven't torn the old keys apart yet. The transponder is really surrounded by a lot of plastic.

More than I expected or in the online tutorials.

My Black with Red Buttons and Screws will be here tomorrow. It's the SR5 Manual regular key model. Already removed the key and transponder from the original fob. I'll post pics on the install tomorrow.

Enjoy the work getting transponder out.. haven't got the fob yet but I have pulled the key apart including transponder, probably took 20 minutes to get it out without destroying it. Well I think it's not destroyed, find out Monday....

Lol. It’s a tough little bugger getting out.
I wonder if you can test it by starting your truck by holding the transponder next to the key when starting.

Go to your truck. Have your transponder and key blank with you. Put the key in with the transponder close. If your truck starts and runs your good to go. You can drive around the block to make sure.

LP Forgot to add don't have your other fob in close proximity when your testing. Your truck might register the in modded fob.

Mine also. I just cut off one side . Trimmed all around carefully and used a small side cutting pliers and pulled it apart being very carefull. You can't go too slow but can go too fast. Best to leave the key intact for holding on to. Take it out last .

Mine too. Required a lot of work. Just dig in deep on the sides(giggity). It’ll work.
