Low beam out, high beam good

    Given your high beams still work, and both low beams out, it narrows the suspect items to likely a bad dimmer relay. Pull the relay and check for loss of continuity between pin 3 and pin 4. Check the relay socket for corrosion. Check wiring coming out of relay socket from pin 4.

    Hood Struts, My version Fogs always ON, Map & Overhead Light Mod,
    Remove the Right Hand Low Beam 10 a fuse with a known good one...just for starters...

    Low beam fuse is after the dimmer relay - it provides power to the fog relay coil and the dash indicator...
