Having an issue troubleshooting a problem I'm having. My 99 tacoma SR5 2.4L low beams are out but the high beams are working and when I turn the lights on my high beam indicator is lit. I've swapped out bulbs, dimmer switch and relay fuse with the same results. When I checked the fuses (left and right) for the low beam headlights both are intact not broken. Is it possible that I have a wiring issue when both low beams went out at the same time?

You mean the entire switch that controls high/low beam? Did you take a good look into the plug on the harness? You may suffer from the same thing as the other guy - burned low beam contact on the wire harness connecting to the dimmer switch.

Yes the switch that controls the high/low beams along with the indicators. Swapped that out but never thought to look at the connectors to the bulb.

This is what I am completely against - throwing parts without even checking what's wrong. :angrygirl:
