Hi! New guy here. My low beams won't turn on, including park lamps. High beams, fog lights and turn signals work just fine. I checked the fuses and the bulbs already. Any help would be appreciated!

Check both of the fuses and the headlight relays.

I checked all fuses, 2 high and 2 low. Would there be 2 separate relays for high and low?

I don't remember off the top of my head. Also, it's possible that both low-beams are dead so be sure and check the bulbs. You could pop the connector off the back of the bulb and measure voltage at the bulb.

You have a headlight relay that feeds the coil of the dimmer relay. Both dimmer and headlight relays use the same power source.

Check the dimmer relay. If the dimmer relay isn't working it could be the dimmer switch. or body ecu. The Body ECU shifts the Dimmer relay by applying ground to the coil depending on the position of the dimmer switch.

Check the Fuses for the low beams each light has its own fuse. Check with a meter they can look ok and still be blown

Check for 12 VDC at the headlight connector.

Nice schematic. Lol, if only the circuitry we had to figure out in electrical school were this easy. :p
A multi-meter is your best friend. Some know how, the Ohms (continuity check) function, and the Volts DC function, and you can find out where the issue is real fast. And a ticketed electrician *wink wink* ;)
From what you've stated, the most likely issue is the DIM relay as shown in that diagram. You're getting continuity to the high beams, but the low beams are not, and that is the job of that relay. As Jimmy said, an eye test is never accurate in determining if a fuse is bad or not, you need a multi-meter, or try a brand new fuse. It sounds silly, but did you make sure your low beams aren't dead? It's not likely for both to fail simultaneously, unless there is a bigger issue with your electrical. If you have any questions about this OP, let me know.

I have owned my 2007 for almost 200,000 miles. In that time I have had both low beams go out at the exact same time twice. I have no idea why, but everything else worked, When I put new bulbs in ,right back on, never seen nothing like it.
